The Volcano Medic 2 vaporiser is backed by a 2 year warranty (+ 1 year warranty upon registration) from Storz & Bickel, commencing from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use with TGA-approved prescribed medicinal cannabis flower
  • Battery or heating element faults not resulting from misuse or improper handling
  • The warranty does not cover any accessories
